Dr. Bonner is an internationally-known consultant, author, speaker and educator.  She is widely acclaimed for developing innovative business solutions, practical learning applications, and for her passion in helping companies and people reach their highest potential.

As a part-time professor at Curtin University in Perth, Western Australia, The George Washington University in Washington, DC, and other universities in Virginia, Dr. Bonner has taught diverse business and leadership courses since 1989 for graduate students.

Dr. Bonner is the co-editor of the pioneering bestseller on knowledge management, "In Action: Leading Knowledge Management and Learning" (ASTD Press, 2000).  This book was on the publisher's Top 10 Bestseller List for the year and is highly ranked by Amazon.com readers.  More

While she was the member chief editor for ASTD's acclaimed journal, T+D, Dr. Bonner's contributions were read by thousands of people in 117 countries.  She has written for dozens of international books and journals and presented hundreds of keynote addresses, conference presentations and workshops.

Dr. Bonner was awarded her doctorate degree in Executive Leadership from The George Washington University.  Previously, she wrote daily reports for the White House as a political analyst for the U.S. Federal Government.  At home, she enjoys the company of her wonderful husband, family, friends and pets.
